About me
CTO at MemoriesLabs. Growing engineering teams and leaders across Melbourne and Kathmandu.
Hi, I'm Subash Adhikari.
What I do now
I'm the CTO at MemoriesLabs, where I grow engineering teams and leaders across Melbourne and Kathmandu. MemoriesLabs builds Memories, a funeral planning and memorialization platform; live streaming that connects families for moments of remembrance; and FutureMe, for writing letters to your future self and loved ones.
Outside MemoriesLabs, I also help Decimal Tech grow its engineering teams in Kathmandu.
What I write about
- Software development
- AI in engineering
- Team building and leadership
- AWS and serverless
Background
I started as a software engineer, moved into engineering management, and now work as a CTO.
Away from work
I've recently got into swimming, and wrote about it in My Unexpected Love Affair with Swimming.
Outside of tech, I'm drawn to questions of consciousness and the non-dual teachings, and I try to bring a little of that stillness into how I work.
